
One to one coaching
We offer a confidential one to one coaching relationship with one of our experienced consultants – a secure base from which to gain insight into your work role/s, and access extra tools to help you with specific challenges, whether that is a one off session working on your speaking voice with one of our artists, or a day with your team/whole organisation to work on some of your challenges in a broader context.
Overall Aim
This confidential one to one relationship aims to equip you with the tools you need to understand your role, your task and the organisational context in which you work, with a view to clarifying and maximising your potential for effective work.

- Individuals who want a consistent context for reflection in situations of continuous change
- Individuals who want to better understand the ways in which they respond to and work with others
- Individuals who want to develop their leadership capacity
Objectives
A one to one coaching relationship will give you the opportunity to:-
- Gain insight into how you lead, manage, prioritise and deliver at work
- Understand what impedes and what promotes your ability to deliver both at an individual level and at an organisational level
- Identify and do something about your ongoing training needs
- Develop your capacity to lead, manage change, seek new solutions and generate opportunities to fulfil your aspirations
Format
- Initial meeting to scope needs and agree starting contract
- Series of one to one sessions – usually a minimum of six
- Progress review sessions with client or with client and manager
