Myers Briggs Type Indicator®

Overall Aim

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) is an instrument that helps identify personal preferences and can be very useful in helping individuals understand how they take in information, make decisions, and focus their energy. When such preferences and differences are understood and taken in to consideration at an organisational level the effects can be transformational in improving both working conditions and performance.

  • Teams wanting to look at and understand the current balance of styles within the team
  • Teams and organisations wanting to understand and recruit on the basis of a good balance of styles
  • Individuals and teams who want to resolve conflict
