Kube method

• At the heart of our work is the distinctive Kube method of consultation which we have developed with creative artists from many different media over the last four years.
• As part of a consultation teams and groups take part in inspirational drama, movement, visual art or music workshops which provide a refreshingly different context for participants to connect with their own and their colleagues' creativity.
• Along with the creativity we find that issues of importance for teams, which might take hours of discussions to emerge in other circumstances, tend to surface quickly through the art work, providing the team, and the consultant, with accurate and clear information about the needs of the team. These needs are then addressed through the consultation allowing the team to move on in a very effective way.
